vehicle was left and was completed in a earlier time fame than was projected. George the tech really knows his business and made all the repairs quickly very satisfied with his professional workmanship and his attention to detail he is an outstanding tech.
Adam in service was extremely helpful!!! He made sure that everything our truck went in for was taken care of!!! I know that if anything comes up again in the future that he will take care of it in a quick and efficient manner!!
When I was charged for using a credit card, I was shocked and angry. This is an extremely unfair thing to do to your customers. You have lost me. I have bought a 2007 Lucerne, a 2009 Enclave, a 2011 Enclave, a 2013 Enclave, a 2016 Enclave, and a 2019 Enclave and was planning to buy a 2023 Enclave. I am a 'big mouth" and have told all 184 Facebook Friends to steer clear of McGuire Buick! Other than that extremely unfortunate business practice that you have chosen to pursue everything was as great as usual.
I like the dealership service center, dave the rep is a real good service writer listens and offers solutions to problems. The tech George (the only tech to work on my vehicles) knows his way around a diesel and is very through in his diagnosis and repairs of the vehicle, he is highly capable and deliberate in his solutions to problems. He is highly skilled at his work.
I was very disappointed to find signs everywhere in the dealership that they will be charging their customers an extra 2.99% fee for using a credit card to pay for services utilized at the dealership. Hard pass on that���will definitely be looking for another dealership and potentially another brand for my next vehicle. I am incredibly surprised that Buick would allow a dealership to hit its customers with an extra, ridiculous feel like that for the purchase of a vehicle or for servicing of that vehicle. What if your service bill was $3000? The dealership expects you to bring that to them in cash? Sounds incredibly shady and is a major red flag for a customer. Buick is not a tiny, small business���make a deal with the credit card companies or eat the fees���don���t pass them on to your customers. Total nonsense! The only reason I didn���t give 0 stars and a 0 rating is because of how wonderful the staff is at the dealership���they would be the only reason I would even consider ever going back.
