Experience on 8/31/23 was excellent. Upon pick up of my car, I asked for help with a few things - the Service man was SUPER helpful, sorry I didn't get his name - but he was great. An earlier effort to get the recall done did not go too well - I was told that the parts were not available. After several months, I had to call to request the service again - fortunately parts were in stock.

Overall experience was good, was hoping with an 8am appointment, that oil change, 7,500 service and look into electrical issue (interior lights and sound did not come on, temporarily, when starting after storm) would not take most of the day. I had to call mid afternoon to find out status. It would be nice if MyBuick app would show work that was completed (real time), so that I can track progress and gauge my day activities.
