Great service as expected although quicker notification when complete. I returned 3 hours later but then spent over 2 hours in the waiting room. Then when I went to inquire the keys and invoice was left on the counter then I asked if job was complete. At that point, I was given the keys and invoice.

Literally ZERO unprovoked communication from Stephanie unless I called first. Then...I was told my truck was going to be available on January 31. I got a call on January 30 telling me that it won't be ready and that additional work was necessary with respect to radiator and coolant lines. I literally got ZERO calls until the last week of February to tell me my truck is ready on February 28 for pickup...ONE MONTH LATER. I have had to lease a second vehicle because my $80K+ truck has a defective engine. Furthermore, I put my name on the "loaner waiting list" in November. I never heard another word about a loaner...ever. I called GM to file a complaint (which is a waste of time) and Stephanie stopped communicating with them as well. This whole situation sucks, and McGuire made it somehow suck even more.

I was taken right away, as scheduled and oil change process was fast. Technician sent me a video to my phone to see what needs to be replaced, if needed. I was not pressured to do a service that I did not ask for, they let me know, if it was necessary or not but at least I'm aware of it for the future. Overall Stephanie is a master of her trade, she walked me thru it all and kept me in the loop. She's awesome! I look forward to working with her again.

Good experience purchasing the car, but I would like an owners manual as we live in a very rural area, where internet is spotty. I was sent a link for the internet, but don’t feel I should have to sit in a businesses parking lot to learn about all the wonderful things my car could do. I was told there was a service bulletin about 2-3 years ago for transmission fluid and basically blaming me for using wrong transmission fluid. I bought my fluid from the parts department in that same dealership which matched what is specified in manual. GM did not realize AC Delco Dexron 6 was an issue until I owned my vehicle about 8-9 years so the damage was done and then to blame me when I did all possible to comply with fluids and frequency. Then to stick me with a nearly $10k transmission cost is unacceptable.

Nicco was great. It was like being sold a car by a friend. The rest of the staff was great and it felt like a family environment. I did not expect to walk out with a new car but I’m glad I did. The facility itself could use some upgrades. I literally had a nightmare of that bathroom. Also they could layout some free snacks for customers I had to leave to get food because there was only vending machine options.

Things were not done in a timely basis. Did not get answers when calling. Last call was returned to Dealership receptionist after I was put on an extensive hold as the Service rep did not want to speak to me. I told her what had been going on for 6 Weeks with the repairs. She got our Sales representative involved who took immediate action. The car was fixed in 1 day. I would never recommend the McGuire Service Center although we would purchase from the McGuire Dealership. They were awesome.

Experience was fine, but you put some lemon scented cleaner in my car and I have not been able to get the overwhelming smell out for over a week.
